What is each account for?
On the Add account page you first see Instagram, then the other platforms. Before creating anything, decide what job it should do.
- Instagram: official connection for directs, comments, automation flows, and publishing.
- Telegram, Bale, and Eitaa: connect a bot to a channel for publishing and scheduling.
- Rubika: connect a bot for messaging, automation, and text publishing.
- Rubino: connect a profile for image-post publishing.
- Aparat: connect a channel for video publishing and scheduling.
Add a new account
- 1
From the dashboard, open Accounts and choose Add account.
- 2
Select the card for the platform you want.
- 3
Enter the information requested on that page and save it.
- 4
Return to the account list and check the new account’s connection status.
Note:Each platform has its own step-by-step guide; creating a Telegram bot is different from the official Instagram connection.
After adding the account
- Your trial period starts with the first successful account connection.
- If an account shows attention or disconnected status, reconnect the same account; you do not need to rebuild your flows.
- Remove accounts you no longer need from the account list.
