Create content

From Publishing, choose New post.

Choose the page or pages you want.

Add an image or video and write the caption.

Choose publish now or select a time.

Review the preview once before saving.
Use the calendar to see the full plan
After saving, the content appears on the calendar. From this page, you can see the status of scheduled posts and open their details when needed.
Before and after scheduling

Review your account timezone before choosing a future publication time.

Select the destination, content type and media. Follow the limits shown for that platform.

Review the caption, preview and publication time, then save.

Confirm the content and scheduled time appear in the calendar or list.

After the scheduled time, inspect the final status and published link. Open post details for failed or review states.
Note:A calendar entry is not proof of publication. Delivery depends on page connection, publishing access, valid media and the platform response.
Keep in mind:When the delivery outcome is unknown, inspect the destination before retrying to avoid publishing duplicate content.
