Check the current status first
The top of the page shows the current subscription status and its main details. Before buying again, check the date and status shown there.
Purchase and subscription history
- The purchases table shows the amount, date, and status of each payment.
- Subscription history shows the start and end of each subscription.
- If a payment needs review, send the number or identifier from that row when contacting support.
