Top up the AI wallet

Charge the AI wallet and manage the monthly spending limit for assistants.

Charge the wallet

    Open the AI section and go to the Wallet.

    Enter the top-up amount; it must not be less than the displayed minimum.

  3. 3

    Choose the payment provider.

  4. 4

    Complete the payment in the opened gateway and check the new balance after returning.

Keep in mind:If the payment fails or the balance does not update, check your payment history in Billing before paying again.

Monthly spending limit

You can set a monthly limit for AI usage so assistant costs stay within your budget. To remove the limit, leave the value empty and save.

Note:AI usage is deducted from the wallet separately and is unrelated to your subscription; check the wallet balance before relying on an assistant for replies.
