Use AI inside a flow
Choose an assistant in a flow step so it can generate suitable text or reply to the user.

Create the assistant first; choose where to use it in the flow
The AI section is for creating and configuring assistants. The flow determines whether the assistant is used in a direct message, a comment, or a specific path.
Add it to a flow

Open the flow you want.

Add an AI step.

Choose the appropriate assistant.

Choose which information it should use to build the answer.

If you are only generating text, add a Message step afterward so the result is sent to the user. If you choose smart-conversation mode, the response is handled within that conversation.
Test with real questions
Before activating it, try several real customer questions: a simple question, an ambiguous question, and something the assistant should not guess.
