Send messages and add buttons

Write the message, add buttons when needed, and choose what happens after each button.

Sections in this guide

A simple message

  1. 1

    Add a Message step.

  2. 2

Write the text the user should see.

  3. 3

Add an image or other content if needed.

  4. 4

Choose whether the flow continues or ends after the message is sent.

When you add buttons

Each button can have its own path. For example, “Price” can send pricing details and “Consultation” can move the user to another path. If clicking a button should end the flow, you do not need to connect it to a next node.

  1. 1

Add the button and give it a short title.

  2. 2

If another step should run after the click, connect that step to the button.

  3. 3

If the button ends the path, leave it without a next node; the flow completes there after the click.

Note:If a user manually types the button label, the system does not treat it as a button click. For free text, use a separate start condition or message-input step.
