First, choose what you want to do

You do not need to know technical terms on the flows page. Choose the task you want, and HighFollower opens the form designed for that task.

  • A comment arrives → send a direct message.
  • A user sends a direct message → send an automatic reply.
  • A live comment arrives → send a direct message.
  • Someone mentions you in a story → reply.
  • Collect and save a phone number or email.
  • Generate the reply with AI.

Configure it

  1. 1

Choose the page where this task should run.

  2. 2

Choose what starts the task, such as a comment or a direct message.

  3. 3

Write the reply and add a button or condition if needed.

  4. 4

Review the setup and activate the flow.

Note:If a ready-made option solves your use case, do not use custom design unnecessarily. The ready-made path is simpler and reduces configuration mistakes.

Example: answer a pricing question

  1. 1

Choose the automatic DM reply product from the catalog.

  2. 2

Select the page and a matching incoming-message condition, such as “price”.

  3. 3

Write a concise reply directing the customer to current pricing and availability.

  4. 4

Activate the flow and send a new matching message from another account.

  5. 5

Inspect execution history and compare the reply with the customer’s question.

  • Use specific replies for pricing, addresses and opening hours.
  • Only promise availability or response times you can deliver.
  • Review trigger conditions and priorities when several flows match a message.

Note:For variable replies grounded in business information, see the AI agent creation and flow integration guides.
